We install two of the best systems on the market - DualCom and BT Redcare.


DualCom is an alarm signalling device that uses both the Vodafone network and your telephone path to transmit signals at high speed. Once the alarm is confirmed as genuine, the emergency services are notified.

Reliable, secure and extremely fast, Dualcom utilises the latest technology to protect your property whether there is a fire or an intrusion. Using 2 signalling paths ensures that DualCom will always have a back-up path in the event of an accidental or deliberate fault on either path – giving you peace of mind in the event of an incident occurring.

BT Redcare

BT Redcare provides continuous monitoring of a telephone line that links a professionally installed alarm system on a customer’s premises to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).

BT Redcare continuously monitors the telephone line integrity - every second of the day, 365 days a year - detecting line cuts and faults within seconds. The Redcare network is continuously in contact with your premises to ensure telephone line integrity is maintained and is linked to an Alarm Receiving Centre should there be a problem.

A telephone line is constantly monitored and, in the event of a genuine alarm signal, BT Redcare identifies which alarm signal is affected and then transmits this message to the control centre. From this point operators follow an agreed action plan, making contact with the relevant emergency services and the specified keyholders in your company.
